            Delegate Ellington movers to amend the title of HB4380 on page 1, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5-13 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the transportation of students and passengers for extracurricular activities; increasing the number of ten-passenger vehicles which may be used for any school-sponsored activity; and clarifying that busses shall be used to transport nineteen or more passengers.
